Heartworks Home Referrals can help you find a provider for short-term care, long-term care, end of life care, companion situations, and housekeeping services. We have providers available for situations of several hours per week through 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. If you have any unusual circumstances, please give us a call and we will find a way to help you!
Caregivers on the Heartworks Registry serve all of Hancock County, southern Penobscot County, and western Washington County. We primarily work on a private pay basis, but the high quality of care offered by Heartworks caregivers has attracted several long term care insurers.
